Health and Arts Week 2023 is a community event organized by the Executing Unit for Studies in Neurosciences and Complex Systems (ENyS, CONICET-HEC-UNAJ). This event aims to show how engaging in artistic activities can have positive effects on our health. It will happen from Tuesday, October 17, to Friday, October 20, 2023, as part of a global initiative called Global South Arts and Health Week. During this week, students and the general public will be able to interact with researchers and take part in various artistic activities.
The event will be held at the central hall and auditorium of Arturo Jauretche National University (UNAJ), which you can find more about at https://www.unaj.edu.ar/. Throughout the week, there will be a mix of activities involving artists and scientists, including talks, performances, screenings of videos, discussions, presentations of scientific posters, and art displays. These activities are open to everyone and are free, but you need to register in advance. The target audience includes high school students in the area, UNAJ students and staff, healthcare professionals, seniors, and the general public.
