PhD Paula N. Gonzalez received her Diploma in Anthropology from La Plata National University and gained her PhD in Natural Sciences also at La Plata National University with a research on the development of sexual dimorphism in human populations. She finished postdoctoral studies at Calgary University, Canada, specializing in the study of factors affecting brain early growth and development with a focus on malnutrition. She is currently an Independent Researcher at CONICET and works with her team characterizing phenotypic variation in neuroanatomical traits and understanding how different environmental factors influence brain development.
