Building infrastructure:

The ENyS holds two laboratories and two offices in the Translational Medical Centre of El Cruce Hospital. In the Hospital’s buildings, it also holds two rooms specially conditioned to carry out Video-EEG recordings using scalp and intracerebral electrodes (EEGi).

Equipment:

The Centre also has two 3T MRI scanners, one belongs to El Cruce Hospital and the other was obtained by means of a credit granted by MINCyT to a UBA project directed by Dr. Della Maggiore and Dr. Kochen. The latter is installed in Ángel H. Roffo’s Institute. Both scanners are used for research as well as patients’ attention.

Computers for the processing of MRI scan signals and images, 3 video cameras EEG Micromed/Blackrock, and data processors for information storage are also available.
