MD Nuria Cámpora defended her PhD thesis



Nuria Cámpora, MD, CONICET's doctoral fellow and member of ENyS epilepsy research group, defended her PhD thesis on Thursday, September 6th, at 11 o'clock in the Central Library of the School of Medicine, 4th Floor, Room I.

The thesis, developed under the direction of PhD Silvia Kochen, addresses the issue of consciousness in patients with epilepsy and aims to account for the neural network involved.

Nuria Cámpora is a physicist graduated from the National State University of Rosario. Se finished her training in Neurology at Ramos Mejía Hospital, being Chief of Residents during the period 2010-2011. She is currently a neurologist at the Epilepsy Center of Ramos Mejia Hospital and El Cruce Hospital. She is a CONICET basing her research activities at ENyS.
